Privacy notice

What we collect about you

Your email address and the name you give us; sign-in codes and session tokens; the passes you buy (amount, date, Ziina payment reference — never your card number); your watchlist and searches; and, if you install the Chrome extension, the portal pages it observes so the tracker can refresh prices for everyone. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) are kept for a short period for security.

Why

To sign you in, to grant the access you paid for, to email you sign-in codes and renewal reminders, to keep the service running and to stop abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Data about properties and agents

The listings shown are read from the portals' public pages and the Dubai Land Department's open data. Agent and agency names appear exactly as the portal publishes them, so users can find the original ad. We do not collect phone numbers from listings, and we ask users to respect UAE data-protection and telemarketing rules when contacting anyone. Agents who want a listing attributed differently should update it on the portal; if you believe something about you is shown in error, tell us and we will look into it.

Who else sees it

Payments: Ziina (UAE). Email: Resend. Hosting and databases: Vercel and Neon, on servers in Singapore. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Your account for as long as it exists plus 12 months; payment records for 5 years as UAE accounting rules require; sign-in codes for 10 minutes; server logs for 30 days. Listing history is kept for 90 days on the live service and longer in our archive.

Your choices

You can see and change your name and email on your account page, and ask us to delete your account at any time — we remove it within 30 days, keeping only what accounting law requires. Renewal reminders stop when your pass is renewed or your account is deleted.
